Thank you for shopping with Goldie Aura Co. Every piece is handcrafted with care using natural gemstones and premium materials. Because each bracelet is made to order, we take the time to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is shipped.

Order Processing

All bracelets are made to order.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be handcrafted, inspected, and carefully packaged before shipment.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is:

Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days (within the United States)

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

Goldie Aura Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
